At Dolphin Bean Bags, we are committed to delivering premium-quality bean bags. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. Returns and refunds are accepted only in specific cases as outlined below.

Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
You receive the wrong product.
You receive a damaged or defective product.
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
A brief description of the problem
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Non-Returnable Items
Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for:
Change of mind
Incorrect size selected by the customer
Incorrect colour selected by the customer
Personal preference after use
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or accidents
Custom-made or personalized products

Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Replacement
If the wrong or defective product is received, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to product availability.
