Warranty Period
1-Year Warranty on the bean bag cover.
Warranty applies only to the bean bag cover and does not include the bean bag filling (beans).

What is Covered
This warranty covers:
Manufacturing defects in stitching.
Stitching failure under normal residential use.
Material defects due to manufacturing.

What is Also Covered
The warranty also covers:
Normal wear and tear of the bean bag cover.
Colour fading that occurs during normal use within the warranty period.

What is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
Bean bag filling (beans).
Damage caused by misuse, cuts, burns, pets, sharp objects, or chemicals.
Damage resulting from improper cleaning or unauthorized repairs.
Commercial misuse or abuse beyond normal household use.

Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim:

Share clear photos or videos of the issue.
Our team will inspect the claim and respond promptly.
If the issue is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the bean bag cover at our discretion.
